No outbound means no spam score to worry about

Traditional email services come with compose windows, sent folders, and outbound features you may not need. For many professional workflows, those features add unnecessary overhead and spam reputation risk.

InboxPad is a receive-only inbox with zero outbound capability. No spam scores, no blacklists, no deliverability concerns. Just an email address that receives and nothing more.

A dedicated inbox for notifications and alerts

Most email clients are designed for two-way communication. They come with reply buttons, compose windows, drafts, and sent folders. For inbound-only use cases like alerts, form submissions, and notifications, all that is unnecessary clutter.

InboxPad gives you a focused reading experience. Open emails, view attachments, and manage folders. A one-way email inbox built for developers and teams who just need to receive.

Frequently asked questions

What does "receive-only" mean? +

Your InboxPad address can only receive incoming emails. You cannot compose or send emails from it. This makes it ideal for collecting notifications, alerts, and automated messages.

Is this the same as a disposable or temporary email? +

No. InboxPad addresses are permanent, account-owned inboxes. They do not expire, are not shared with anyone else, and are intended for ongoing, professional use. They are not throwaway addresses.

Who is InboxPad designed for? +

InboxPad is built for professionals and teams across industries who need a reliable, dedicated inbox for inbound-only communication. Common use cases include DevOps alerting, e-commerce notifications, legal correspondence intake, healthcare appointment confirmations, SaaS transactional emails, and development or QA testing.

Can I use my own domain? +

Currently, all accounts use the @inboxpad.com domain. Custom domain support may be available in the future.

Can I receive emails from any sender? +

Yes. Your InboxPad address accepts mail from any external sender just like a standard email address. There are no sender allowlists required. Incoming messages go through spam scoring so you can keep your inbox clean.

Does InboxPad have spam filtering? +

Yes. Every incoming message is scored during ingestion. Messages flagged as spam are moved to your Spam folder automatically, keeping your main inbox focused on legitimate mail. You can review and restore any message at any time.

What attachments are supported? +

InboxPad accepts all common attachment types including images (PNG, JPG, GIF), documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX), archives (ZIP, TAR), and more.

Is there a storage limit? +

There are no hard storage limits for Pro and Business plans. We retain your emails indefinitely as long as your account is active. The Starter plan retains messages for 90 days.

Is my email data private? +

Your inbox is private to your account. We do not read, sell, or share the content of your emails with third parties. Each account is isolated and only accessible with your credentials.

Can multiple people share one inbox? +

Team access and shared inbox management is available on the Business plan. Individual Starter and Pro accounts are single-user. If your team needs to monitor a shared inbox together, Business is the right fit.

How do I access my inbox? +

Simply go to app.inboxpad.com and log in. InboxPad is entirely web-based, no apps to install.

Is there a mobile app? +

InboxPad is fully web-based and works on any modern browser including mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is not available yet, but the web client is responsive and designed to work well on phones and tablets.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Do you plan to add more features? +

Yes. InboxPad is actively developed. Planned features include custom domain support, webhook forwarding, email filtering rules, and API access. Feature announcements will be shared through the app and on this site.
